I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. the room was basic yet very clean, and I appreciated the size, which was ample for my needs. the communal facilities, including the seasonal outdoor pool, were a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. It was a great spot for unwinding, especially with lifeguard services available during swimming season.

I had a very comfortable stay at this neighboring hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed great restaurant. The room was fashionable and big sized and also had a walk-in shower. Everything was excellent and the staff was nice. The location was good: a supermarket and a convenience shop were within walking distance. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

Lovely little and exceptionally friendly hotel in a handy position close to everything where I wanted to go.

I really loved how our cabin was spotlessly clean and super comfy, plus the convenience of on-site parking and a bus stop nearby made exploring Newcastle a breeze. It was great to chill out in the outdoor seating area right next to our cabin, making it perfect for relaxing evenings. The only minor thing to note is that while it fit three adults, the layout was more suited for a family, so the beds for the “kids” were a bit snug for us! 😊

Truly enjoyed great breakfast and had a fine stay overall on the weekend. Location: the hotel was right by Hunter stadium, the local shopping centre and clubs, a very good shopping centre and easy to reach eateries/ shops.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff is fantastic! It boasts a wonderful location, conveniently near cafes and restaurants. it’s in close proximity to the Civic Theatre, supermarkets, and shops. We would definitely book again; thank you for a truly great stay!
